"//[insert topic]" would lead to Blacktwist being able to categorize my posts into certain categories.

To better understand, it's like a tagging system for your posts so that you can better analyze them later, correct?

Yep! That's exactly right. If I wrote a post about neuroscience, I'd like to be able to tag it. Then I can see analytics of those categories!
